The Role

We are looking for a Trainee or Junior Software Engineer who wants to work with AI to build AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for developing back-end services and ensuring that every new feature satisfies client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Build and maintain core features of the application using PHP and the Laravel framework, specifically moving toward Laravel 13.
AI Implementation: Develop, refine, and test AI agents that handle live voice calls, SMS, and email.
Frontend Integration: Collaborate on building responsive interfaces in Vue.js for our comparison tools and digital proposal builders.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement the logic for background execution layers that synchronize structured data and documents across CRM/AMS systems to trigger end-to-end operational cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Languages: Proficiency in PHP and Python.
Frameworks: Practical experience with Laravel and Vue.js.
Mindset & AI: A strong interest in AI and a desire to use it and speed up your development. Codex, Agents, and LLM orchestration (OpenAI, Langchain, etc.
You should be a developer who views AI as a teammate, leveraging it to increase your own velocity and the capabilities of the product.
