DMT Business Development is a leading B2B lead generation and appointment setting agency. We create tailored & effective strategies for clients based on their needs and goals. Our team generated over 2m leads for hundreds of clients and booked 10k+ appointments with businesses of any scope.

Currently we have an open vacancy for Customer Success Manager.

Working conditions:

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM (Kyiv time);
  • 20 paid vacation days per year and company events.

    Responsibilities:
  • Interact with existing customers;
  • Get new projects started and develop strategies, manage campaigns;
  • Organize customer service at the highest level;
  • Assign tasks to the members of the team;
  • Cooperate with other teams to reach goals;
  • Provide feedback to the client about the work done;
  • Ensure high team performance;
  • Get feedback and scores from clients;
  • Handle complaints and issues;
  • Analyze the success of the project, search for the ways to improve company’s performance.

    Requirements:
  • Experience working in an equivalent position (preferably);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced written and spoken English;
  • Good understanding of how to work with clients;
  • Experience working with native English speakers.
