About the Company
Celtara is a fast-growing Health & Wellness brand offering natural superfood-based, subscription-focused products that support gut health, liver health, immunity, and overall metabolism.
We operate on a D2C model via Shopify and work exclusively with the U.S. market.
We’re looking for a Media Buyer who can drive performance, test creative angles, and scale winning campaigns.
Responsibilities
Plan, Launch & Optimize Campaigns
• Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Test and refine audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
• Improve campaign performance through ongoing optimization.
Work with Creatives
• Test video and static creatives across the funnel.
• Analyze performance and identify winning angles.
• Partner with the Creative Strategist to improve and scale strong concepts.
Drive Shopify Traffic
• Lead traffic to high-converting landing pages.
• Ensure traffic quality and alignment with the customer journey.
• Support optimization across key funnel stages.
Reporting & Analysis
• Monitor performance across platforms.
• Maintain organized reporting in Google Sheets.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Scaling
• Identify high-potential campaigns and creatives.
• Support scaling strategies across different environments.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams.
Requirements
Must-have
• 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with D2C, e-commerce, and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of creative testing (video + static).
• Solid analytical skills and confident Google Sheets use.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+) for daily communication and collaboration.
• Based in LATAM or within a time zone compatible with U.S. working hours.
Nice-to-have
• Experience in Health & Wellness, supplements, beauty, or natural products.
• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Understanding of creative analytics and collaboration with content teams.
• Background in fast-paced startups or scaling D2C brands.
