We are looking for a sociable, organized, and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) on a full-time basis. As an SDR, you will work closely with our sales team and create valuable opportunities for our clients

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies
— Experience in B2B services sales
— Upper-Intermediate English level (spoken and written)
— Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
— Experience with cold outreach and lead generation
— Strong understanding of sales strategies
— Experience in negotiations and objection handling
— Experience collaborating with the Marketing team

Responsibilities:
— Working with inbound and outbound leads from various channels
— Timely maintenance of the CRM system and updating the lead database
— Communicating with potential clients
— Handling objections, answering initial questions, and supporting clients during first interactions
— Identifying the needs of potential clients and offering relevant company services
— Organizing calls between (potential) clients and sales managers
— Proactively developing new approaches to interact with potential clients and exploring new channels
— Providing regular reporting on performance and results

It will be a plus:
— Experience in conducting intro calls with clients
