We are looking for a Middle/Senior Recruiter (iGaming/Affiliate Marketing) to join our team!

📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:

  • Full-cycle recruitment management: from defining the job profile together with the hiring manager to overseeing the employee’s start date;
  • Active candidate sourcing: utilizing Boolean Search, X-Ray, professional communities, Telegram channels, and specialized platforms;
  • Screening and assessment: conducting initial interviews, evaluating soft skills, and verifying compliance with technical business requirements;
  • Pipeline management: coordinating interview stages, collecting feedback from department heads, and maintaining the candidate database in the ATS.

📚 Your qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience in iGaming/Affiliate Marketing;
  • Proven track record of successfully closing the following vacancies is required: - Media Buyer (with an understanding of various traffic sources: FB, Google, In-app, DSP);
    - SEO Specialist (from Junior+ to Lead levels);
    - Affiliate Manager (understanding the specifics of working with affiliate networks and webmasters);
  • Ability to find passive candidates outside of standard job boards;
  • Understanding of current salary brackets, competitor conditions, and the specifics of affiliate marketing verticals;
  • High level of self-organization, ability to handle a high volume of vacancies, and focus on results (hiring KPIs).
