To support this growth, we're looking for a Recruiting Team Lead who will own the recruiting function, build the team, and set the standard for how we hire.

What You'll Do
- Own the full recruiting function: processes, metrics, team performance, and candidate experience
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a strategic talent advisor
- Drive sourcing strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms for hard-to-fill and senior roles
- Set and track recruiting KPIs: time to fill, time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire
- Build scalable hiring processes and improve them continuously
- Personally close key and executive-level roles when needed
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and shape workforce planning
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in talent acquisition, including experience leading or mentoring a recruiting team
- Proven track record closing senior and cross-functional roles (AI/ML, Product, Engineering, Executive)
- Experience hiring internationally across multiple markets
- Data-driven approach — you measure what matters and use it to improve
- Strong English for candidate communication, interviews, and stakeholder alignment
- Builder mentality — you see gaps and fix them without being asked
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment
