We are developing a B2C product for the global market — Europe (Tier-1), LatAm, and Asia.

Different GEOs, different user behavior, different retention mechanisms — but one goal:

to create a strong product that grows, retains users, and directly impacts revenue.

We are looking for a Product Manager who loves drive, fast growth, and knows how to turn ideas into working product solutions.

Not a person “about tasks in Jira,” but a person who knows how to identify growth points, influence teams, and move the product forward.

We need a Product Manager with a strong product mindset and understanding of B2C iGaming: someone who understands player behavior, retention, VIP, CRM, payments, and knows how to make decisions through business impact and product metrics.

What You Will Do

— Develop and scale the B2C product in global markets (Europe Tier-1 / LatAm / Asia)

— Analyze product metrics: GGR, NGR, Retention, LTV, Conversion, ARPU

— Identify growth points and improve the product’s unit economics

— Form and prioritize the product backlog

— Launch and optimize new features, retention, and engagement mechanisms

— Work with onboarding, payment flow, VIP, and bonus systems

— Improve the user journey and eliminate product friction

— Interact with CRM, VIP, Marketing, BI, Design, and Development teams

— Set tasks for the development team and control the delivery flow

— Conduct A/B testing and analyze results

— Research user behavior and analyze customer pain points

— Participate in the development of gamification and loyalty mechanics

— Control product quality and stability of key user flows

— Work with hypotheses, analytics, and data-driven decisions

— Influence the product strategy and product roadmap

— Optimize internal processes and cross-functional interaction

What Is Important for Us

— Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner specifically in B2C iGaming / Casino

— Understanding of product metrics and unit economics

— Strong analytical and product thinking

— Understanding of retention, VIP, and player behavior

— Ability to make decisions and take ownership of results

— Skill in building cross-functional communication

— Experience interacting with Development, CRM, Marketing, BI, and Design teams

— Understanding of growth and monetization mechanics

— Experience working with hypotheses and a data-driven approach

— Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact

— Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey

— English level — Intermediate+ and above

Will Be a Plus

— Experience working with Tier-1 / Global markets

— Understanding of CRM / Retention / VIP directions

— Experience working with platform / white-label solutions

— Experience launching gamification and loyalty mechanics

— Experience working with payments / cashier flow

— Experience with A/B testing and product analytics

— Experience working in fast-growing high-load products
