Mettevo is looking for a strong sales-oriented specialist who can confidently lead discovery calls, build trust with potential clients, and successfully close IT service deals.

This role is ideal for someone who feels comfortable in client-facing communication, understands clients’ business needs, handles objections professionally, and can guide leads from the first contact to a successful close.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients;
• Communicate with inbound and outbound leads from Upwork;
• Identify client needs and provide solution-based approaches;
• Present company services and expertise;
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow-ups;
• Handle negotiations and close deals;
• Collaborate closely with the lead generation team;
• Transfer projects to delivery teams after successful closing;
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline visibility;
• Build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT sales;
• Experience working with Upwork;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;
• Experience conducting client calls and presentations;
• Understanding of IT outsourcing / outstaffing services;
• Ability to identify business needs and work with objections;
• Result-oriented mindset and strong sales motivation.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in outsourcing / outstaffing companies;
• Experience selling web development / SEO / UI/UX services;
• Understanding of discovery phase and estimation flow;
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines;
• Consultative sales experience.
