About the role

You will be responsible for finding, negotiating, and managing influencers who can generate traffic.

This is not a “brand awareness” role — we are looking for someone who understands performance-driven influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Search and recruit influencers (TikTok, YouTube, streaming platforms)
• Negotiate deals (fixed, CPA, rev-share)
• Manage relationships and content delivery
• Brief influencers on content requirements
• Track performance and ROI
• Scale successful partnerships

Requirements

• 2+ years in influencer marketing within gambling / betting / affiliate
• Proven experience working with traffic-driving influencers
• Strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of US/EU markets
• English — Upper-Intermediate+

Will be a plus

• Existing influencer network
• Experience with Twitch / Kick streamers
• Experience with online casino promotional model
