Lynksen is looking for an SDR and Partnership Manager to help grow our outbound pipeline and develop relationships with potential partners and clients worldwide. This role focuses on outreach, lead qualification, and partnership development.

Specifically, we divide our directions into SDR (finding direct clients for full-cycle projects) and Partnership (finding partners to involve our team or parts of the team in their projects).

Responsibilities:

✦ Own and manage the outbound pipeline for client acquisition and partnership development
✦ Identify and research potential clients and partners based on the company’s ICP
✦ Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other lead databases
✦ Launch and manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
Conduct intro calls with potential partners
Focus on finding partners for team augmentation, resource-sharing, and outstaffing opportunities
✦ Develop and nurture relationships with partners, exploring referrals, collaborations, and co-marketing initiatives
✦ Maintain structured follow-ups, keep records in HubSpot CRM, and provide regular pipeline updates

Requirements:

✦ 1,5+ years of experience in Sales Development and Partnerships in B2B services
Specific experience in Partnership development (searching for partners to provide/engage specialized talent)
✦ Proven experience with outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email
✦ Experience working with lead databases (Apollo, Crunchbase, or similar tools)
✦ Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers and key stakeholders
Experience qualifying leads and independently conducting intro/discovery calls with partners
✦ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
✦ Strong written and spoken English (B2+)
✦ Proactive, self-driven mindset and ability to quickly take ownership of pipeline development
