Now we are looking for a UI/UX Designer in Lviv / Remote to join our team!

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conducting user research, and designing intuitive experiences that align with our brand guidelines. We’re looking for a talented designer who can combine creativity with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.

Your responsibilities:

— Collaborate with product managers and development teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
— Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to inform the design process.
— Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools.
— Design intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
— Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data.
— Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
— Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design and AI trends, techniques, and technologies.

You are:

— Location: Lviv / Remote
— English level Upper-Intermediate+
— Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a middle-level role.
— Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
— Proficiency in industry-standard design, research & collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Notion, Atlassian products, etc.).
— Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
— Experience and/or strong understanding in conducting user research, including user interviews and usability testing.
— Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design.
— Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
— Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
— Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
