We are looking for a Product / Growth Product Manager to help scale and optimize a funnel-based product in the medical lead generation space (CPA/CPL)

We operate as a direct advertiser and build our own platform that guides users from the first ad click to a personalized result through an interactive user flow

Now we are looking for a person who can help us systematically improve:

  • conversion rates
  • user flow & funnel logic
  • lead quality
  • automation & tracking systems

What you’ll work on

  • Analyze and optimize funnel performance across different stages
  • Improve user flows, conversion paths, and drop-off points
  • Build and validate hypotheses / A/B tests
  • Work closely with marketing, tech, and legal/compliance stakeholders
  • Create structured technical requirements for development
  • Improve CRM logic, statuses, attribution, and tracking flows
  • Develop AI-assisted and automation workflows
  • Optimize first-touch and lead processing logic
  • Analyze user behavior using analytics and behavioral tools

We’re looking for someone who has

  • Experience in Product / Growth roles
  • Experience with complex or compliance-heavy industries
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics and user behavior
  • Understanding of:
    workflows, hooks, integrations, attribution, automation logic
  • Ability to work in fast-moving and evolving environments
  • Experience working with technical teams and integrations
  • Ability to create clear and structured technical requirements

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2C funnels
  • Experience in regulated environments
