UAIN Solutions is an AI and automation services company delivering end-to-end automation and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients across the UK, Benelux, and Nordics. We work in lean, high-impact teams and are evolving toward a Forward Deployed Engineer model — our engineers work embedded with clients, driving outcomes on the ground.

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Automation Engineer to own the full delivery lifecycle: from client discovery through architecture, build, and delivery.

What you will do:

— Lead business process discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
— Design, architect, and deliver automation and Agentic AI solutions (UiPath, Power Platform, Python, C#)
— Use AI tools (Claude, Azure OpenAI, etc.) as a core part of your daily workflow
— Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and set delivery standards
— Deliver client-facing demos and presentations
— Travel to client sites and industry conferences as a regular part of the role

Required:

— Hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform
— Confident leading discovery sessions and shaping requirements with clients
— Ability to communicate complex technical work to non-technical stakeholders
— Experience mentoring or leading engineers
— High ownership mindset — you drive outcomes, not just tasks
— Professional English (B2+)

Nice to have:

— Python and/or C# experience
— Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM workflows, or AI agent frameworks
— Azure, Anthropic, or OpenAI API experience
— Consulting or client-embedded background
