GoHard is looking for an experienced in Upwork (full-cycle) sales to join our Sales Team.
A person with a hunter mindset, who is passionate about sales and has strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications:
1+ years of sales experience in Upwork
— At least upper-intermediate level of English, both written and spoken, is a must
— General understanding of development process and technologies for web
— Understanding the sales funnel
— Able to work independent and organized
— Results in numbers
— Client-oriented approach, ability to understand client’s needs
— Ability to search, filter and analyze the most suitable Upwork job posts for the company
— Knowledge of different sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
— Full cycle of sales on Upwork
— Meeting Company Sales Targets
— Negotiating with clients, identifying their needs, and building long-term relationships
— Work with cold mailings
— Focus on Lead generation
— Generating ideas on how to improve sales activity.
