We are an official Creatio partner and product company. SYNTECH builds and maintains 17+ Marketplace apps (Kanban, Gantt, Calendar, Pivot, Map, HRM, Manufacturing, and more) and delivers complex CRM/ERP implementations for clients across logistics, manufacturing, finance, and HR industries.
Responsibilities
• Develop and customize solutions on the Creatio platform: C# schemas, business processes, event listeners, scheduled jobs, and server-side scripts
• Build WCF / Web API services and integrations with external systems (Google APIs, payment gateways, ERP platforms)
• Contribute to SYNTECH’s proprietary Marketplace component suite (Angular Freedom UI components, back-end services)
• Write efficient SQL queries for PostgreSQL and MS SQL; optimize performance on large datasets
• Participate in technical pre-sales: architecture design, effort estimation, client communication
• Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, support live projects
• Collaborate with the team via Git and CI/CD workflows
Requirements
• 2+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET (ASP.NET, Web API, WCF)
• Hands-on knowledge of the Creatio platform: EntitySchemaQuery, schemas, packages, Process Designer, Freedom UI
• Confident JavaScript / TypeScript (Angular or Backbone.js / Ext JS)
• Experience with SQL — PostgreSQL or MS SQL
• Solid understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles
• Proficiency with Git
• English — B1+
Nice to Have
• Angular Freedom UI component development for Creatio
• Experience integrating Google Drive, payment APIs, ERP
• Familiarity with Creatio Marketplace package publishing process
• SignalR / real-time apps, Docker / container deployments
