Who We Are Looking For:
Outbound Sales Development Representativewho can turn the right signals into real conversations and demos. This role is about consistent outbound, smart targeting, and building pipeline that actually converts into sales.Our way of working:
- We focus on booked demos as the main outcome, but not at any cost - quality matters.
- To achieve that, it’s important to understand when a template works and when a message needs real personalization.
- Outbound here is built on consistency and process. There are baseline activity levels that help you stay on track, but results matter more than just “being busy”.
- At the same time, we value a creative approach. If you see a better way to find leads, spot signals, or reach out - you’re encouraged to test ideas and turn them into experiments.
- You’ll have a high level of autonomy. You are expected to manage your own pipeline, choose your approach, and take ownership of your results.
- We support you through coaching, not control. At the beginning, we’ll have weekly 1:1s and occasional reviews of messages or calls to help you improve faster.
- Outbound is mostly manual and thoughtful, but we actively use tools and AI to speed up research, writing, and lead generation where it makes sense.
- The environment is mostly individual-focused, but supportive. If competition motivates you - great. If you deliver results consistently, you’ll have the freedom to work independently and without unnecessary pressure.
- Mistakes are part of the process. What matters is your ability to learn fast, adjust, and move forward.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target companies on the Ukrainian market (IT and non-IT).
- Find and engage relevant decision-makers.
- Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
- Write personalized messages based on real signals and context.
- Engage prospects through calls and thoughtful follow-ups.
- Manage multi-threading within accounts (engage multiple stakeholders).
- Book demos with a focus on quality, not just volume.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover.
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound sales / lead generation (B2B).
- Ability to work consistently and manage your own pipeline.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, including phone calls.
- Strong research skills and ability to personalize messages.
- Ability to spot buying signals and act on them.
- Creative approach to prospecting and outreach.
- Resilience to rejection and ability to stay consistent.
- Ukrainian - fluent /English - B1 (confident).
Nice to have:
- Experience in SaaS / IT.
- Experience working with Ukrainian market.
- Experience using AI tools to speed up research and outreach.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, LLMs like ChatGPT/Gemini or similar.
