We are looking for a highly-motivated Customer Support Manager to join our professional team.


Requirements:

  • Experience with API integrations and log analysis

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support within fintech, banking, or financial services (mandatory)

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in creating, managing, and efficiently handling support tickets

  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations under high workload

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • English level: B2 or higher

  • Technical education is an advantage


Responsibilities:

  • Support merchants by providing updates on the status of their channels

  • Analyze integration issues and identify effective solutions

  • Assist merchants in using the admin panel and its functionality

  • Respond quickly to incoming messages and escalate issues when necessary

  • Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely feedback to merchants
