SnelPay is a leading Payment Service Provider (PSP) specializing in high-risk merchants.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team full-time, remotely.

👉 English is required; any additional language is a strong plus

What you’ll do:
• Conduct initial outreach, presentations, and client meetings
• Discuss commercial terms and support contract negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain records, client reports, and activity trackers
• Handle client inquiries and support issue resolution
• Assist in expanding and managing the company’s client portfolio
• Identify and engage new potential clients via LinkedIn, online platforms, and other channels
• Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into active clients

What we’re looking for:
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
• Willingness and ability to travel to industry exhibitions and conferences across Europe and other regions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other lead generation tools is a plus
• Interest in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
