About Grade.app
Grade.app is an ERP system for IT companies and digital agencies (10–500 employees) that helps manage finances, teams and operational processes all in one place.

We already have a steady stream of leads (from marketing, partners and outbound), and now we need someone to turn those leads into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure product quality and reliability
• Create, maintain, and update test cases, checklists, and test documentation
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools
• Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and improve product quality
• Participate in sprint activities, including planning, grooming, and retrospectives
• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release
• Contribute to improving QA processes and testing practices

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, browser dev tools)
• Experience with test management or bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field
