Responsibilities

— PPC strategy & execution: designing and managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display) and Meta Ads (Lead Ads, Conversion campaigns) to drive high-quality traffic in US and European markets
- LinkedIn Ads: setting up targeted campaigns using Account-Based Marketing (ABM): working with target lists by job titles and companies.

— Analytics & tracking: setting up and maintaining tracking infrastructure — UTM tagging, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Google Search Console; building dashboards in Looker Studio.

— Optimization: continuous work on CPA, ROAS, CR through in-depth data analysis, audience segmentation, and iterative hypothesis testing.

— A/B testing: running tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages with result documentation and scaling of successful setups.

— Lead & CRM management: analyzing lead funnel, distinguishing MQL and SQL, evaluating lead quality based on CRM analytics.

— Unit economics: calculating CAC based on LTV, managing $10K+/month budgets, planning and controlling spend.

— AI tools: using AI for automation of routine tasks, communication personalization, and workflow acceleration.


Requirements

— 2+ years of experience in performance marketing / PPC with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

— Experience with B2B funnels: from lead generation to handoff to sales, understanding the difference between MQL and SQL.

— Confident work with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio; ability to set up tracking independently or write clear technical requirements for developers.

— Experience launching campaigns in LinkedIn Ads (ABM, company/title targeting).

— Experience managing budgets from $10K/month and evaluating efficiency through CAC/LTV.

— Practical experience launching in geo: US, European Tier-1 countries.

— English — B1+

Will be a plus:

— SEO support: basic work with SEO tools (Serpstat, Ahrefs): audits, keyword research, technical recommendations for the development team.

— Experience integrating CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) with ad accounts.

— Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and experience with landing pages.
