🚀 Hiring: Senior Backend Architect — Go (Hands-On)
📍 Remote across Europe

We’re looking for a deeply technical Backend Architect who still loves being in the code every day. This role is for someone who can design and build high-scale backend systems serving millions of concurrent users with low-latency requirements.

💡 This is not a “PowerPoint architect” position — you’ll be hands-on, owning production systems end-to-end and setting the technical standard through code.

🔹 What you’ll work on:
• Designing and building scalable backend services in Go
• Architecting APIs, real-time systems, data pipelines, and distributed infrastructure
• Defining service boundaries, communication patterns (gRPC, REST, event-driven)
• Owning Redis architecture, scaling, replication, failover, and performance tuning
• Working closely with Flutter/client teams on API contracts and developer experience
• Driving reliability, observability, load testing, and performance optimization
• Owning production systems and participating in on-call rotations

🔹 Must-have experience:
✔️ 8+ years in backend engineering
✔️ 4+ years of production Go experience
✔️ Experience with high-scale systems (>10k RPS / millions of MAU)
✔️ Deep Redis expertise
✔️ Strong AWS and/or GCP background
✔️ Kubernetes production experience
✔️ Distributed systems knowledge
✔️ Experience with Kafka, NATS, or Pub/Sub
✔️ Strong observability and performance mindset
