We are looking for a strong Influence Manager to develop influencer marketing in the Uzbekistan market

💼 Responsibilities:
• Search and onboard influencers (Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
• Build long-term partnerships with bloggers
• Launch and scale advertising integrations
• Analyze performance (CPL, CPA, ROI, FTD)
• Control traffic quality and creatives
• Test new hypotheses and channels
• Maintain influencer database and cooperation terms

🎯 Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience with influencers (preferably iGaming / betting / crypto)
• Understanding of the Uzbekistan market and local platforms
• Hands-on experience with Telegram influencers — must-have
• Strong negotiation and traffic buying skills
• Understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROI, LTV
• Russian + Uzbek (nice to have)
