💼 What You’ll Do

• Own and execute the email marketing strategy end-to-end
• Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
• Segment and personalize campaigns to increase engagement & conversions
• Analyze performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Run A/B tests (subject lines, creatives, timing, layouts)
• Collaborate with marketing, content & design teams for consistent messaging
