Responsibilities:

Handling incoming and outgoing leads

Conducting negotiations and supporting deals end-to-end
Maintaining client database and CRM
Contributing to sales growth and process improvement

Requirements:

Fluent English (mandatory)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Genuine interest in real estate and development
Fast learner with a proactive mindset
Result-oriented and responsible

Conditions:

Fixed salary based on bonus following business processes and maintaining clean CRM
Commission from sales (our experienced agents earn from $2000+)
Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00—18:00 (Kyiv time)
