An international company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Marketing Department. We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional ready to grow the affiliate channel and scale traffic.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Identify, onboard, and develop new affiliate partners
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners
• Monitor traffic quality and volume
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics
• Prepare reports and manage affiliate analytics
• Contribute to scaling and growth strategies
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Analytics, Sales)

🔹 Requirements:
• Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus
• Understanding of CPA/CPL/CPS models
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Responsible and results-oriented
• Willingness to work Mexico business hours in the future (~09:00–18:00)
