Our company specializes in emerging IoT and IoE technologies: embedded development, backend, DevOps, Big Data, ML projects, mobile apps, software/hardware integration, and QA. We're seeking a strategic leader to join our Kyiv team and transform our Sales & Marketing into a growth engine.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 5 years in IT sales and 2 years as a head of department (outsourcing/services is a strong plus)
  • Experience leading sales or combined sales & marketing teams
    Proven track record of scaling sales and operations
  • Hands-on mindset: able to both think strategically and execute
  • Understanding of selling complex tech solutions
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English

Responsibilities

  • Review the current sales & marketing setup to identify what works and what does not, propose and gradually implement an improved growth strategy, and align on realistic goals and KPIs with leadership
  • Strengthen the existing pipeline and acquisition channels, explore new ways to approach EU/US markets, and get involved in key deals when needed
  • Align marketing with sales with a focus on impact, improve positioning in the IoT/IoE space, and develop channels that actually generate leads
  • Work with the existing team across Ukraine and international locations, scale or adjust the team where needed, and build clear processes
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and tech teams to better package and present company expertise to clients
