We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to accelerate the commercial success of our products and ensure long-term value for our clients. This role blends product management, sales, and client success responsibilities — perfect for someone who thrives at driving adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage product rollouts, and actively contribute to expanding our B2B client base.
What you will do
- Drive product growth by advertising, positioning, and selling products to new B2B clients;
- Support sales teams in pitching, product demos, and closing opportunities;
- Build long-term client relationships by managing subscription renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring overall customer success;
- Coordinate product releases and feature rollouts, ensuring smooth delivery and cross-team alignment;
- Gather feedback from clients and market research to shape product improvements and inform go-to-market strategies;

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business goals with user needs.
We are looking for
- 2–4 years of commercial experience in a product growth, product management, or related role within B2B;
- Proven background in both product development and go-to-market execution;
- Sales experience or direct involvement in client acquisition, upselling, renewals, or account management;
- Strong knowledge of marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and product positioning;
- Excellent coordination skills to manage cross-functional projects and product launches;
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience in market and competitor research;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and clients;
