We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect/Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience and client-facing skills to design and deliver scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
• Architect scalable solutions across Automation Studio and data-driven workflows
• Optimize existing / legacy Marketing Cloud environments
• Design and implement data models, multi-BU setups, and automation frameworks
• Develop proofs-of-concept (PoCs) and provide accurate estimations
• Lead project activities, including sprint planning and team coordination
• Mentor team members and ensure best practices in delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure successful outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Experience with Automation Studio, SQL, and DESelect
• Proven experience in designing and delivering Marketing Cloud solutions
• Strong client-facing experience (workshops, stakeholder communication)
• Experience working with complex data models and scalable automation
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and email best practices
• Experience optimizing existing / overloaded environments
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with multi-BU architecture
• Salesforce certifications (Architect/Developer + additional certs in Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Experience leading teams or mentoring consultants
