We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join a high-impact tribe and drive the evolution of a modern B2B SaaS platform. This is a strategic role at the intersection of business and engineering, where you will shape product direction, influence transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your Mission

As a senior leader within the tribe, you will:

  • Drive Alignment — bridge business and engineering to ensure focus on the right priorities
  • Cultivate Discipline — improve ways of working, strengthening accountability and execution
  • Lead Communication — clearly articulate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Balance Value — make pragmatic decisions between long-term excellence and immediate impact
  • Influence Transformation — act as a catalyst for SaaS and technology evolution

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Own and drive the SaaS product vision and roadmap
  • Translate complex business and customer needs into outcome-driven delivery

Outcome-Led Delivery

  • Prioritize effectively across reliability, technical debt, upgrades, and features
  • Make informed trade-offs to maximize value

Operational Excellence

  • Own SaaS operations: monitoring, alerting, incident management, release processes
  • Drive operational maturity across the platform

Technology Transformation

  • Lead SaaS transformation initiatives
  • Ensure SaaS principles are embedded in early technical decisions

Performance & Metrics

  • Define and track KPIs (availability, incident reduction, deployment frequency)
  • Use data to continuously improve product performance

Commercial Impact

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Own business outcomes and ROI of product investments

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in Product Management, with strong B2B SaaS experience
  • Proven leadership in large-scale teams / tribes and transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, scalability, and cloud-native practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management in complex, high-pressure environments
  • Ability to balance short-term delivery vs long-term platform health
  • Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and clear communication

  • Location: EU (remote )
  • Compensation: up to $ 3,000/month
  • Language: English — strong professional level required
