We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who is highly organized, communicative, and ready to take responsibility for coordinating team processes and supporting project delivery. This role is a good fit for candidates who may not have commercial experience but demonstrate strong discipline, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating project activities
• Support the team in task tracking and delivery timelines
• Communicate with team members to ensure alignment and clarity
• Participate in meetings (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews)
• Help maintain project documentation and reporting
• Monitor progress and highlight risks or blockers

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High level of discipline and punctuality
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Understanding of software release processes and delivery cycles
• English level: A2 or higher
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
