B2B E-commerce | Production Support

About the Role:

We are looking for a strong technical leader to take ownership of production support for a B2B e-commerce platform. This role is focused on system stability, incident management, and technical coordination. New feature development is not part of the scope.

Responsibility, leadership, and communication are top priorities.

Requirements:

-Strong Python 3.x knowledge

-Production experience with Django

-Solid understanding of Django ORM and DRF

-Strong SQL skills and query optimization

-Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS SQL Server

-Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID principles

-English level B2+ and higher

Responsibilities:

-60% hands-on support / 40% coordination support team

-Ensure stability and reliability of the production system

-Investigate and resolve incidents (root cause analysis)

-Review and validate support-related code changes

-Optimize backend performance and database queries

-Communicate with stakeholders regarding incidents and system status

-Make technical decisions within the existing architecture

Nice to have:

-Celery / Redis

-Async programming

-Experience with e-commerce or B2B platforms

-High level of ownership and accountability

-Ability to handle critical production incidents

-Strong communication skills
