Our client, a high-tech defense company at the forefront of innovation, is looking for a Key Account Manager.
This role is a unique opportunity to join a team working on projects of strategic importance for the country’s defense. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing cooperation strategies with key customers worldwide.
The ideal candidate is someone with strategic thinking, strong partnership‑building skills, and a passion for driving innovation in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with international key accounts;
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close commercial agreements;
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets;
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution;
- Proactively resolve client issues and manage conflict situations;
- Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
Skills Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager;
- Proven experience working with international clients (EU / US or other global markets);
- B2/C1 level of English (both written and spoken);
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing contracts with foreign partners;
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and full client lifecycle management;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
