About the Role
TechEmbassy is looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales and outreach efforts. This role is focused mainly on lead generation, outbound outreach, and sales support.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is confident in communication, organized, and interested in growing in international sales, partnerships, and tech ecosystem business development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Research potential clients based on TechEmbassy’s target buyer personas
• Support outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach platforms
• Identify and qualify potential leads

Sales Support
• Follow up with leads and help coordinate next steps
• Assist with scheduling meetings and sales communication
• Maintain CRM records and update sales activity
• Help prepare proposals, sales materials, and presentations
• Support deal progression together with internal team members

Learning & Growth
• Learn how to position TechEmbassy’s event and partnership solutions
• Build understanding of startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, and international business development
• Grow into a more strategic sales or partnerships role over time

Support & Reporting
This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and will work closely with the sales team on outreach and pipeline support.

Requirements

Must Have
• Strong written and spoken English
• Previous experience in sales, outreach, or client-facing roles would be a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with outreach

Nice to Have
• Interest in tech, startups, innovation, or events
• Interest in partnerships or international business development
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and outreach tools
