The B2B e-commerce startup is looking for an experienced and active individual who is confident in their ability to lead a small team of sales and onboarding managers.
Qualifications:
✔️ Experienced in B2B sales of digital products and/or services.
✔️ Analytical skills, understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
✔️ Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Experienced in building sales processes and team workflows from scratch.
✔️ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving targets.
✔️ Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Zoho CRM), sales management tools, and lead generation software.
✔️ Strong verbal and written English is required (min. upper-intermediate).
What you will do:
Sales Funnel Development and Optimization:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and improve the sales funnel to increase lead conversion rates.
Sales Team Management:
Lead and mentor a small team of sales managers. Set and monitor clear team goals and KPIs that align with the company's objectives. Provide regular performance feedback. Hire new managers when required.
CRM Management:
Lead the CRM system operations, track activity and performance, manage and adjust sales team workflows, ensuring the system supports the team in hitting business objectives.
Marketing Team Cooperation:
Work closely with marketing to align sales strategies and brand messaging.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new market opportunities. Build relationships with potential clients and partners.
