EXITEK is looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Content Creator & Manager to help us scale high-performing visual content for social media and paid advertising. You will work at the intersection of creativity, marketing, and generative AI to produce and manage engaging visual assets for platforms like Meta and TikTok.

About the Role

This role focuses on creating, refining, and managing visual content using modern AI generative tools. You will be responsible for producing ad creatives, experimenting with new content ideas, and helping the marketing team rapidly test and scale winning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality images and visual assets using AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.)
• Create and iterate ad creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social platforms
• Retouch, enhance, and adapt generated content using tools like Photoshop or similar
• Research and source content ideas, trends, and creative directions
• Collaborate with marketing and user acquisition teams to test and scale creative concepts
• Organize and manage a library of generated assets and prompts
• Continuously experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and automation techniques

Requirements

• Experience using generative AI tools for image creation
• Strong visual taste and understanding of social media content and advertising creatives
• Basic photo editing and retouching skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar)
• Understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Meta platforms
• Ability to quickly iterate and produce multiple creative variations
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience creating performance marketing creatives
• Familiarity with video AI tools (Runway, Pika, etc.)
• Experience working with marketing or user acquisition teams
• Prompt engineering and workflow automation experience
