We are looking for an SDR Managerwith hands-on experience in identifying outstaffing opportunities and finding real client demand for team extension.
Responsibilities
— Identify companies with active demand for IT outstaffing / team extension
— Detect hiring signals (open vacancies, team scaling, etc.)
— Find and approach decision-makers (CTO, Head of Engineering, Founder, etc.)
— Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
— Write personalized first-touch messages
— Qualify leads and bring them to the first call
— Handover qualified leads to Sales / Deal Closer
— Analyze performance and continuously improve outreach approaches
Requirements
— 1+ year of experience in SDR / lead generation with a focus on outstaff
— Proven experience specifically in searching for outstaffing opportunities
— Strong understanding of how to identify companies with real hiring / team extension needs
— Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
— Understanding of the B2B sales funnel
— Ability to write personalized outreach messages
— Proactive and self-driven mindset
— English level: B2+
