We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the fintech industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and B2B clients
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, negotiate, and close high-value deals
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and trends in fintech
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling offerings
About you:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, including exp. in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem
- Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Willingness to travel and engage in active networking
