TechChain Solutions is a growing technology company building products and services at the intersection of blockchain and enterprise software. We're expanding our commercial teams and need a reliable freelance recruiter to help us bring in the right people quickly.

The role

  • Part-time freelance / contractor engagement (10–20 hours per week, fully remote)
  • Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, supporting offers and closing
  • You'll own your own pipeline and work directly with the CEO
  • Expected volume: roughly 2 hires per month when vacancies are active

What you'll be hiring for

  • Sales roles - BDR, SDR
  • Lead-gen and growth marketers
  • Product Managers and Business Analysts
  • Occasional engineering roles (backend, smart-contract, full-stack)

Requirements

  • 2+ years recruiting experience in an IT product or IT services company
  • Demonstrated track record placing sales, marketing, product, or BA roles (please share examples)
  • English B2 or higher — written and spoken, comfortable running candidate intake calls
  • Confident sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni and Telegram-based channels
  • Self-directed, organized, and reliable at managing a pipeline with minimal oversight

Nice to have

  • Basic HR generalist knowledge (offer letters, onboarding, contractor agreements)

Compensation

  • Salary based on actual hours at the start of next month
  • $200 USD bonus per successful hire, paid after the candidate completes one month of probation
  • Opportunity to grow into full time position if the partnership works well

What success looks like in the first 30 days

  • First qualified shortlist (3 candidates) within 5 business days of any role kickoff
  • At least 2 closed hires per month when vacancies are active
  • Clean, consistent documentation - candidate notes, stage tracking, and weekly updates
  • Clear, honest feedback about what's working and what isn't in our process
