We are a product IT company operating in the performance marketing space. We are building a marketplace that connects advertisers with buyers across the US and European markets.We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn Outbound) to help us scale the supply side of the platform by attracting and onboarding high-quality publishers.

What this role is about

This is not just a “message and wait” role. Your focus will be to build and scale a predictable outbound system that consistently generates high-quality publishers through LinkedIn. You will work with multiple accounts, structured outreach flows, and data-driven testing to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.

What we are looking for

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedHelper
  • Experience working with multiple LinkedIn accounts
  • Ability to purchase, set up, and warm up LinkedIn accounts
  • Experience working with proxies
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and similar platforms
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
  • Good written English for outreach and day-to-day communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

+ Nice to have

  • Familiarity with n8n or other automation tools
  • Experience with workflow optimization and outbound process automation

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate multiple LinkedIn accounts in LinkedHelper
  • Purchase, configure, and warm up LinkedIn accounts for outreach
  • Set up and manage proxies for account operations
  • Build and manage lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and other lead generation tools
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and lead status in Pipedrive
  • Conduct lead research and identify relevant target prospects
  • Support testing of new outreach strategies, messaging angles, and targeting approaches
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data management
