About the role
As a Data Steward, you’ll own how product information moves from business teams to market — validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across every channel it touches. It’s a cross-functional role with real breadth: resolving data gaps at the source, maintaining syndication templates, and keeping product data accurate and channel-ready. For someone who takes pride in data quality and wants visibility across the full product data lifecycle, this is for you.

What you will do
● Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy;
● Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;
● Support business teams with product data issues across channels;
● Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines;
● Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;
● Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver.

Must haves
● 3+ years of experience in data management;
● Understanding of data lifecycle;
● Experience using multiple tools for data management and stewardship;
● Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo);
● Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces;
● Proficiency in Excel;
● Ability to work under tight deadlines;
● Strong communication skills;
● Fluent English level.
