We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Designer who can craft visual solutions that not only look great but also drive real business results.

This role is perfect for a designer who combines strong visual expertise with a solid understanding of marketing and is excited to work across multiple formats — from digital to print and merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Focus: Solid understanding of marketing principles (conversion, messaging clarity, psychological triggers, and audience-centric design);
  • Branding: Strong ability to follow, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines across different touchpoints;
  • Creativity & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to generate “out of the box” ideas for campaigns that cut through the digital noise;
  • Performance Awareness: Understanding how design impacts business metrics; willingness to adapt designs based on performance data and feedback;
  • Production & Print: Hands-on experience preparing print-ready files and designing merchandise (knowledge of materials and production constraints).
  • Tech Stack: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and AI-tools;
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills; ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams;
  • Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing real-world marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, digital ads, print, and merch).

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content: Create high-impact visuals for LinkedIn and other social platforms;
  • Multi-channel Marketing Support: Design a wide range of materials, including game-specific assets, high-stakes presentations (pitch decks), branded merchandise, and print collateral;
  • Video & Motion Graphics: Prepare static and layered graphics for promo videos and trailers; collaborate with video editors to ensure visual consistency in motion;
  • Creative Ideation: Proactively propose fresh visual concepts and unconventional ideas to strengthen our communication and cut through the market noise;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to translate business goals into effective visual stories.

Work conditions:

  • Medical insurance;
  • Regular salary reviews and timely payments;
  • Provision of necessary equipment for work as needed.

Professional development:

  • Corporate English classes;
  • Mentoring from experienced Team Leads;
  • 50% reimbursement for courses/certifications/webinars, etc.;
  • Development towards leadership positions within the company.

Work-life balance:

  • Ability to work fully remotely;
  • 20 days of vacation;
  • Days off on public holidays;
  • Paid sick leave;
  • Informal online/offline events.
