We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing existing clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the client base.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in managing a client portfolio with a focus on retention and growth, including increasing LTV and implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies
• Ability to build long-term partnerships and work with clients at the C-level
• Client development mindset with the ability to turn services into a competitive advantage for partners
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client performance, volumes, and propose effective solutions
• High level of customer ориентація, empathy, and ability to build trust
• Focus on client retention and revenue growth from the existing client base
• Languages: Hungarian — C1 (fluent), English — B2+. Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus, but not mandatory.
Main Responsibilities:
• Relationship management: building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients
• Client development: identifying new client needs and expanding cooperation through upsell and cross-sell
• Contract renewal: ensuring timely renewal of existing agreements
• Issue resolution: proactively addressing client requests and issues, coordinating with internal teams
• Customer satisfaction: monitoring satisfaction levels, collecting feedback, and driving improvements
• Needs analysis: analyzing client business needs and adapting company solutions accordingly
• CRM management: maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data, interaction history, and opportunities in CRM
• Reporting: preparing regular reports on client portfolio performance and results
• Strategic planning: developing and implementing individual growth plans for key clients

Financial Compensation: Income consists of a fixed salary and a bonus system based on KPI fulfillment and economic standards.

Reporting Structure: Direct reporting to the Sales Director NPE (commerce and strategy) and the local Country Manager (operations).
