The Junior Project Coordinator supports the delivery of client projects across Group107's international IT portfolio. You will work alongside Project Managers, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to keep projects organized, timelines transparent, and communication flowing. This role is a strong entry point into project management within a fast-paced, international tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in day-to-day coordination of ongoing projects (scheduling, tracking, documentation).
- Maintain project artifacts in Jira / Asana / ClickUp (or equivalent): tasks, timelines, status updates, meeting notes.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings — schedule, prepare agendas, capture minutes, follow up on action items.
- Track project progress against plans and flag risks, blockers, or delays to the PM early.
- Support client communication under PM supervision — status reports, updates, clarification requests.
- Help maintain clean internal documentation (Confluence / Notion / SharePoint) and knowledge base hygiene.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of team members on assigned projects.
Required
- 0.5+ year of commercial experience in a coordination, assistant, operations, or junior PM role (ideally in IT / tech services).
- Intermediate English (B1) — confident written communication; able to join English-speaking calls with guidance.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides).
- Basic familiarity with task / project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
- Understanding of basic project management concepts (tasks, milestones, deadlines, status reporting).
- Strong organizational skills — able to track multiple parallel threads without losing details.

- Exposure to IT / software development projects (SDLC basics).
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban.
- Experience with Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation tools.
- Any PM-related coursework or certification (Google PM, PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, Scrum basics).
- Additional language beyond English / Ukrainian.
