We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who already have some experience in customer support within the gambling/iGaming industry and are looking to grow further in this field.

This is a fully remote position with a shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via LiveChat and HelpDesk
  • Process withdrawal requests: check player activity and ensure compliance with platform rules
  • Perform KYC/verification: review documents and request additional information if needed
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to relevant teams
  • Maintain high response quality and fast response times

Requirements:

  • English level: B2 or higher (written and spoken)
  • At least 3–6 months of experience in customer support in the gambling/iGaming industry
  • Confident PC user, ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with document verification (KYC)
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Customer.io
