We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who already have some experience in customer support within the gambling/iGaming industry and are looking to grow further in this field.
This is a fully remote position with a shift-based schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via LiveChat and HelpDesk
- Process withdrawal requests: check player activity and ensure compliance with platform rules
- Perform KYC/verification: review documents and request additional information if needed
- Escalate complex or technical issues to relevant teams
- Maintain high response quality and fast response times
Requirements:
- English level: B2 or higher (written and spoken)
- At least 3–6 months of experience in customer support in the gambling/iGaming industry
- Confident PC user, ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts
Will be a plus:
- Experience with document verification (KYC)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Customer.io
