About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who will focus mainly on sourcing and screening technical candidates, while also supporting a few HR-related tasks as our internal team grows.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable working in a small team, can manage their workload independently, and understands that strong recruitment is not just about sending CVs. It is about identifying relevant candidates, assessing fit, keeping communication professional, and supporting the process from first contact to client interview.

You will work closely with the CEO and support hiring for external client needs, primarily IT roles, with occasional involvement in internal hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage IT candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Reach out to candidates directly from your own LinkedIn profile
  • Conduct initial screening calls in English
  • Assess candidate fit based on technical background, communication, motivation, and relevance of recent experience
  • Coordinate the recruitment process and maintain candidate pipelines in ATS
  • Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client submission when needed
  • Join client interview calls together with candidates when needed
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process and maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Support a few HR-related tasks for the internal team when needed
  • Work directly with the CEO on priorities, feedback, and open roles
  • Follow the existing recruitment process and contribute ideas for improving it where relevant

What we are looking for

  • Experience in IT recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Ability to independently manage sourcing and screening for technical roles
  • English level B1+, confident spoken and written communication
  • Good communication skills and confidence in candidate calls
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work without micromanagement
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Ability to balance speed and quality

Nice to have

  • Experience in outsourcing, outstaffing, or agency recruitment
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Experience preparing candidate profiles for client-facing processes
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
  • Confidence supporting candidates during client interview stages
