About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to support the development, integration, and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions in an enterprise environment. The role requires strong technical expertise across Salesforce development, APIs, security, DevOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

A strong advantage will be experience with Salesforce Data 360 and AI/marketing-related use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions in line with business and technical requirements
• Build and support REST and SOAP APIs for integration with external systems
• Ensure platform and data security, including OAuth and role-based access control
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering quality standards
• Work with Salesforce DevOps Center and GitHub workflows including CI/CD, pull requests, and branching strategies
• Collaborate closely with architects, backend developers, and business stakeholders
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, interfaces, and components
• Support troubleshooting, incident analysis, and issue resolution

Required skills and experience

• Strong experience with Salesforce development and customization
• Experience with Salesforce Data 360 for data, AI, and marketing use cases
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API development and maintenance
• Strong understanding of application and data security
• Experience with OAuth and role-based access control models
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce DevOps Center
• Solid experience with GitHub-based workflows, CI/CD, pull requests, and branching
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Degree or completed education in computer science, business informatics, or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce / eCommerce
• Background in developing and optimizing online sales solutions
