Overview
We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join a collaborative product development initiative focused on building and expanding a modern, AI-driven solution. This role involves working closely with a small, highly capable team to deliver scalable, cloud-based applications that integrate seamlessly into an existing platform. The project emphasizes innovation, long-term development, and the use of cutting-edge tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).
• Contribute to the development of cloud-native solutions hosted on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to build AI-driven features and integrate modern development approaches.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, following best practices in modern software delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring application performance and security.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, reviews, and iterative delivery.
  

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React and Node.js; Python experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (required).
• Experience building and deploying applications in AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Understanding of scalable architecture, secure coding practices, and high-performance systems.
• Experience working in Agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working within established development teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic-style development or AI-driven product development.
• Familiarity with data-related tools such as Jupyter notebooks or cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to work on long-term, evolving product ecosystems.
  

Project Details
