About the Role

We are looking for a NOC Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring traffic, maintaining route quality, and resolving technical issues in the A2P messaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor SMS traffic (delivery rate, latency, routing performance)
  • Identify and troubleshoot routing issues
  • Respond to incidents in a timely manner
  • Communicate with partners (operators, vendors)
  • Analyze route performance and suggest optimizations
  • Perform traffic rerouting when needed
  • Monitor alerts, logs, and system performance
  • Work closely with technical teams and account managers

    Requirements

  • Experience in telecom / SMS / VoIP / NOC — from 6 months
  • Understanding of:
    • A2P SMS
    • routing
    • delivery reports
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • HTTP / SMPP
    • APIs
  • Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure
  • English level: Intermediate or higher
