Now, we’re looking for a user-centric Product Marketing Manager — someone who will drive real growth by deeply understanding the audience, crafting compelling product narratives, and bridging the gap between user needs and business goals.

What you will do:
Own and optimize the full conversion funnel — from onboarding to purchase — with a strong focus on web flows, monetization models, and pricing;
Design, test, and scale new monetization strategies to outperform market benchmarks and increase ARPU, Conversion, LTV;
Run A/B tests end-to-end, analyze results, and quickly implement data-driven improvements;
Research markets, competitors, and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities and user pain points;

— Work with Meta, Google, and AppLovin performance marketing channels;
Formulate and validate hypotheses across different funnel stages using both quantitative and qualitative data;
Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Creative Production, Design, and Analytics to ensure alignment, fast execution, and measurable impact.

What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Product roles, including B2C subscription-based products;
— Proven track record in conversion optimization, monetization, and pricing strategy (web experience highly preferred);
— Strong hands-on experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making;
— Solid understanding of unit economics, key product and marketing metrics;
— Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities;
— Expertise in launching and scaling products from scratch, owning key growth and marketing processes end-to-end.
Analytical yet user-centric mindset, with the ability to balance monetization goals and customer value;
Confident English (B2+)​.
