We are looking for an Account Manager to build and develop long-term relationships with mid-size and growing client accounts and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery in close cooperation with engineering teams.
  • Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate them when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance review meetings with clients.
  • Support commercial discussions and contract renewal processes.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through account development initiatives.
  • Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and supporting upsell initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requests for delivery teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, recruitment).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
