We are looking for an Account Manager to build and develop long-term relationships with mid-size and growing client accounts and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Ensure smooth service delivery in close cooperation with engineering teams.
- Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate them when necessary.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance review meetings with clients.
- Support commercial discussions and contract renewal processes.
- Contribute to revenue growth through account development initiatives.
- Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and supporting upsell initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requests for delivery teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, recruitment).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
